Returns & Exchanges

At Yeezy Custom Shoes Store, we understand that customers may sometimes want to exchange or return a product for various reasons.

We are dedicated to making sure that our customers receive the best possible shopping experience and therefore offer a generous returns & exchanges policy.

In order to process an exchange or return, customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving their item(s).

All items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached and without any signs of wear or washing.

Customers are responsible for covering any costs associated with the two way transportation (including shipping, taxes, customs etc.).

In the event of an exchange or refund, we reserve the right to refuse if the item is not in its original condition. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to color, size difference issues (as mentioned on our site), incorrect usage resulting in damages, worn/washed items.
